We aim to identify and characterize novel genetic signatures and/or biomarkers for the early detection of human cancers, and ultimately improve cancer diagnosis. Understanding how deregulation of genes leads to changes in their expression profile or disruption of protein-protein interactions drives the path to tumorigenesis is critical to assist the development of personalized therapies.
