Identify novel potent anticancer drugs with significantly improved efficacy and safety profiles. We investigate in silico structural and biological properties of small inhibitors obtained from natural compounds. Then, we validate predictions in cellular and animal models. The goal is to use those compounds in human therapeutics.
To ask that we use artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, molecular docking software, cell-based assays, cytometry and imaging techniques.
