We aim to understand factors that influence metabolic plasticity of cells. How changes in the actin cytoskeleton affect the metabolism of cells? How stress factors affect metabolic responses? How cells obtain the energy required to face those changes?
To ask that we use respirometry and metabolic assays, cytometry and imaging techniques from 2D to animal models.
